AppSite Reports & Analytics

The numbers, read from the work itself.

Reports & Analytics reads the records the other modules keep — work orders, invoices, expenses, purchase orders, appointments and bookings — and shows what they add up to for the period you choose: revenue, labour hours billed and not, what happened in each module, and which pages and flows turn visitors into customers.

Who it’s for

Everyone who has to know how the business is doing.

Owners

The month on one page.

Service orders, invoices and revenue, expenses, purchase orders, appointments and bookings — counted and summed for the last 30, 90 or 365 days, or all time.

Where the labour hours went.

Billed and non-billed hours by technician and by category, and every labour line with its op code, estimate, actual and rate — the revenue each hour earned.

Which page brings the customers.

Every landing page ranked by who joined, not who looked — views, requests, confirmations and joins, the button pressed and where visitors came from.

Acquisition

Count the people who join, not the clicks.

Four stages — a view, a request, a confirmed entry into a flow, a join — and the ratios between them. A visitor is credited to the page they first arrived on, and a flow run handed on to the next flow is the same person continuing, never a new entry.

  • Landing pages — views, requests, confirmations and joins, with view → request and request → confirm.
  • Discovery points — which button was pressed, on which page.
  • Referrers — where the visitors came from.
  • Flow entry → join — entered, handed off, running, complete and joined for every flow — the headline counts people, not runs.
  • Activity — events by module, action and user, and every module deploy with its version.
  • Reads only — it adds up what the other modules wrote; it never changes a record.

From the day’s work to the answer in three steps

Work, pick, read.

Step 1 · Work

The modules keep the records.

Service, Invoice, Expenses, Purchasing, Scheduling and Bookings write as they work — nothing to export.

No exports
Step 2 · Pick

Choose the period.

The last 30, 90 or 365 days, or all time — the same choice on every page.

30 · 90 · 365 days
Step 3 · Read

Read what it adds up to.

The KPIs, the charts and the tables — and when a report cannot read its data, it says so instead of showing zero.
